Our Own Blend of Yoga and Heat

Hot yoga offers many of the same benefits as traditional yoga: stress reduction, improved strength and flexibility. But with the heat turned up, hot yoga can give you a more intense workout and added benefits.

Room temperature typically between 80° and 105°F
Humidity may be added in dry conditions
Certified instructors lead beginner to advanced classes

BENEFITS

A heated environment can make your yoga practice a bit more challenging but the benefits can be worth it. A proper and safe practice can among other things:
Improve flexibility
Burn more calories
Build bone density
Reduce stress
Ease depression

IF IT’S YOUR FIRST TIME

Please make sure to consult a physician prior to practice particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have any injuries or other health concerns.
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your hot yoga class.
Stop right away if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or nauseous. Leave the room and rest in our cooler common areas.
Wear lightweight, breathable, preferably moisture-wicking fabrics.
Bring a towel to place over your yoga mat.
