Sculpt is designed to condition, tone, strengthen and sculpt all body parts. It’s a high-intensity, mixed-impact workout that uses weights, strength training, yoga poses and cardio moves.

Room might be heated (between 80° and 98°F)

The addition of weights and cardio to an already intense yoga practice can make for a more challenging workout. However, the benefits are numerous. A proper and safe practice can among other things:

IF IT’S YOUR FIRST TIME
Please make sure to consult a physician prior to practice particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have any injuries or other health concerns.
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your sculpt class.
Listen to your body. Stop right away if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or nauseous. Leave the room and rest in our common areas.
Wear lightweight, breathable, preferably moisture-wicking fabrics.
Bring a towel and a water bottle.
